The Biblioteca di Archeologia e Storia dell'Arte (Archaeology and Art History Library) will reopen to the public on Monday, October 5, 2026, following the completion of dust-removal operations at its Palazzo Venezia location.
The reopening will take place in stages: a first part of the collections will be available for consultation from October 5, and further sections will become available from October 19.
Some collections will remain temporarily unavailable to allow for the completion of operations in preparation for the relocation to Palazzo Sanfelice.
For details on the sections available for consultation and for all updates, please visit the Info and timetables page of the Biblioteca di Archeologia e Storia dell'Arte.
