The ticket offices are located in the Vittoriano on Terrazza Italia and in Palazzo Venezia in Via del Plebiscito 118.
Admission to the Terrazza Panoramica of the Vittoriano and the Museo Centrale del Risorgimento is via the main Vittoriano entrance in Piazza Venezia.
The entrances to Palazzo Venezia are at Via del Plebiscito 118 and Piazza San Marco 49.
Library of Archaeology and History of Art
You can use the library if you are at least 19 years old, or if you are 18 and are a university student.

If you are a person with disabilities, you are entitled to free admission.

If you are a family member of a person with disabilities or a carer who belongs to the social and health care services, you are entitled to free admission.
Entrances
The entrance to the Vittoriano on the Aracoeli side is equipped with a wheelchair lift and a lift that guarantees access to the Terrazza Italia. From here, two panoramic lifts lead up to the Panoramic Terrace, at the top of the monument.
The entrance to Palazzo Venezia on via del Plebiscito no. 118 is equipped with two lifts that allow wheelchairs and strollers to reach the second floor.
Car parks
A limited number of spaces is reserved in Piazza San Marco for cars with a placard for people who have difficulty walking and the blind.
Courtesy wheelchairs
Visitors can use wheelchairs both at the entrance to the Vittoriano on the Aracoeli side and at the entrance to Palazzo Venezia from Via del Plebiscito. 90% of the spaces open to the public and the reception facilities are accessible by lift.

For blind or visually impaired visitors
VIVE offers tactile paths for visitors who are blind or visually impaired: our programmes have also been developed thanks to the collaboration with the Italian Union of the Blind and Partially Sighted.

VIVE offers tours in LIS, Italian Sign Language, for visitors who are deaf or with hearing difficulties.

Digital inclusion
Groups with their own guide are welcome at VIVE.
Groups of up to 10 people, minors included, can enter without booking and without the obligation to wear headsets for guided tours, being mindful of the needs of other visitors.
Groups from 11 to 25 people, including minors, must bring and wear their own headsets and book in advance by calling +39 06 32810960 (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm) or by emailing: vi-ve.prenotazioni@cultura.gov.it
For everyone's safety, groups of more than 25 people, minors included, cannot enter.
The entrance of the groups will take place at intervals of approximately 20 minutes.

VIVE organises family activities.
Families with children aged 5 to 12 can participate in numerous activities for € 5 per participant plus the cost of the relevant entry ticket.
The itineraries are conducted by specialist museum educators and are available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Feel free to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use, unless there is a specific sign telling you photos are not permitted.
VIVE, which is renowned for its art and architecture, is home to some of the most important memories of the Italian people.
Please dress and behave in a way that demonstrates the proper level of respect and decorum. In particular, we ask you:
• To be considerate of others.
• Not to touch the works on display and not to go beyond the barriers.
• To consume food and drinks only in the Cafeteria-Restaurant.
• Not to smoke in any part of the Institute.
• Not to photograph the exhibits when a sign expressly forbids it.
• To only use the seats that have been made available for use by the public: our security and reception assistants can help you find the closest seating area.
