“VIVE Open Site” is a project that allows the public to follow the daily progress and personally visit the restoration sites currently underway across our museum complex. Visitors can track the work's evolution through a regularly updated diary on this website, where exclusive video interviews with the restorers illustrate the ongoing operations. Furthermore, the public can physically enter the site and follow the progress of the intervention, guided by the restorers themselves.

Citizens and tourists alike are offered a unique opportunity: to observe the artworks up close and learn about the methods and timelines of preservation activities directly from the experts. Transparent and accessible, these worksites become a hub for research and dialogue with the scholarly community, tourists, Roman citizens, and the "local public"—those who live and work in the vicinity of Palazzo Venezia and Vittoriano.
