On December 4, free admission and free guided tours of the Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia

A full program of activities, both for adults and children, will take place on the December 4th, for the “first free Sunday of the Month at Museum”, the initiative conceived by the Ministry of Culture

All the visitors will have the chance to get to know the spaces of the VIVE Institute - the Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia, one of the most representative Italian museum heritages. The admission to the single monuments is free, without reservation.

For this initiative VIVE offers the special tour “Palazzo Venezia: art and history”, an itinerary that will give the opportunity to see the apartments, monumental halls, loggias and lush gardens of the historic residence and discover the personalities who used to live there and to appreciate the great art collections, from Giorgione's famous "Double Portrait" to Bernini's terracottas and the Odescalchi’s collection of weapons.

Families with children aged 5 to 12 will also be able to join “Vittoriano in time between art and architecture route”, an evocative visit that will allow adults and children to explore the large spaces of the Vittoriano, retrace its history and discover similarities and differences with the art and architecture of the past.

For guided tours and family activities reservations are recommended.
