Monday, May 25, 2026: Temporary closure of the Vittoriano from 09:30 AM

On Monday, May 25, 2026, Vittoriano will be closed to the public from 09:30 AM for a ceremony paying tribute to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier by the Turkish Chief of the General Staff, General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu. The Vittoriano monument will regularly reopen to the public at the end of the ceremony, at approximately 11:00 AM.
