Workshop at Vittoriano in Sign Language

Art and History for everyone
Visit and workshop for children in LIS (Italian Sign Language)
Saturday, September 13, 4.00 PM

As a symbol of a united and independent Italy, Vittoriano swiftly became a central fixture in the nation's collective consciousness. Consequently, it has been featured in dozens of movies and television programs. This Italian Sign Language (LIS) tour led by a specialized deaf educator, offers the chance to delve into the building's history, discover its spaces, appreciate its sculptures, and compare its art and architecture with those of the past. Much like assembling a puzzle, participants will recreate graphically the monument's iconic image, drawing inspiration from the insights of artists and architects.

LOCATION: Vittoriano entrance, Ara Coeli side
