Workshop at Palazzo Venezia in Italian Sign Language (LIS)

Art and History in the service of all
- Guided tour with workshop for children in Italian Sign Language
- Saturday 13 May, 11.00 a.m.

Palazzo Venezia, built starting in the second half of the 15th century by the Venetian Pietro Barbo, who later became Pope Paul II, is one of the most beautiful Renaissance residences in the city of Rome, with a long and engrossing history. A visit in Italian Sign Language, conducted by a specialised deaf educator, guides visitors to discover its events, spaces and masterpieces. Young participants set off on a journey through time, amid gardens, loggias and monumental halls, imagining life in the palace over the centuries through art, music and literature and in the end, as in the past, in a specially organised workshop, reinvent the places explored by creating illustrated postcards, richly evocative and colourful.
