Where will the grand stairways of this monumental white structure lead?
Visitors will take part in a treasure hunt designed as an ascent of the Vittoriano: from the entrance gate to Piazzale del Bollettino, riddles, clues, and crosswords will sharpen their spatial awareness and observation skills, helping them become more familiar with this iconic site.
The statue of Victor Emmanuel II on horseback will serve as the visual focal point. From there, attention will turn to architectural features and sculptural details, providing bite-sized insights into the history embedded in the monument.
When Monte Grappa rock is identified, the final piece of mosaic will be handed over. Children will then reassemble the image of the equestrian monument to Victor Emmanuel II, and each will be given a line drawing of the horse and king to fill in with details and color.
