Visitors can discover the Vittoriano in the evening hours by participating in exploratory walks and animated tours to take participants on a journey through time in the footsteps of artists, musicians, philosophers and filmmakers.
Because of its symbolic charge, artistic quality and spectacular vantage points, the Vittoriano has been and still is a source of inspiration for great Italian and international filmmakers. The guided tour will involve the public in an interdisciplinary journey, to create original connections between art, architecture and cinema: shots from famous films, including The Belly of the Architect by Peter Greenaway, allow each person to rediscover an iconic place in the nation's collective imagination.
