A guided tour in LIS, led by a specialised deaf guide, is dedicated to the Vittoriano, the monument in the heart of Rome dedicated to Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of Italy. Participants are accompanied on a discovery of the history, art and architecture of the Vittoriano to learn about the historical reasons for its construction, which became a symbol of united Italy, then of republican Italy, and today a place in the collective imagination. The final stop on the tour is the spectacular Panoramic Terrace, where you can enjoy a unique view of the city of Rome.
