Tactile Experience at the Vittoriano

An expert in museum accessibility will lead participants on a sensory exploration of the spaces and artworks at Vittoriano. The tour begins at the Art Nouveau-style gate on Piazza Venezia and continues to the base of the equestrian statue of Victor Emmanuel II, where the stories depict and the physical qualities of the Botticino marble will be uncovered. The journey will conclude at Piazzale del Bollettino, surrounded by the sweeping curves of the Sommoportico, and at the Monte Grappa rock block.

Meeting point: Vittoriano, Ara Coeli side entrance
