One day a year, all year long

Inclusive visit at Palazzo Venezia
Accessible path for adults, children and families, deaf and visually impaired audiences
Wednesday, December 3rd, 4:00 PM

On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which the Ministry of Culture adheres to with the slogan “One day a year, all year long,” VIVE is hosting an inclusive visit dedicated to multiple audiences. This event is in line with the educational action of the didactic staff, who since 2020 have offered sensory paths, tactile visits, and tours in LIS – Italian Sign Language.

On December 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM, an inclusive visit is scheduled at Palazzo Venezia. It will lead the public from Giardino Grande to the discovery of the Lapidarium, located in the cloister of Palazzetto di San Marco. A specialized museum educator, together with an interpreter, will accompany participants on a tactile exploration path and a guided visit in Italian and in LIS – Italian Sign Language.

Through the tactile experience, visitors will learn about the history of the marbles preserved in the Lapidarium, their volumes, and their decorations in an engaging and immersive narrative, accessible to multiple audiences, thus fostering broader participation in cultural heritage.

LOCATION: Palazzo Venezia - via del Plebiscito, 118
