Focus on Rome: photographing the city

Children and families at VIVE
Animated family tour
Sunday, November 9, 4:00 PM

Besides being an extraordinary work of art, Vittoriano represents a privileged vantage point from which to observe Rome, the capital of Italy, through a 360° view from above. During the guided tour and workshop, visitors step into the shoes of photojournalists, train their eyes, discover new points of view, and record their own unique visions using cameras, magnifying glasses, viewers, notebooks, and pencils. Inspired by the evocative views of the city from the Panoramic Terrace and  Sommoportico, each participant creates entirely individual visual narratives and emotional landscapes.

LOCATION: Vittoriano entrance, Ara Coeli side
