At the center of Rome: from Palazzo Venezia to Vittoriano

The thousand stories of VIVE
Guided tour for adults
Sunday, May 25th, 11.00 AM

Located at the very heart of the Eternal City, VIVE brings together the two most iconic buildings in Piazza Venezia.

The tour begins at the grand Renaissance palace that has, over the centuries, hosted cardinals, popes, and ambassadors. We’ll explore its elegant gardens, sweeping loggias, and impressive art collections.

From there, the experience continues at the Vittoriano — the monumental tribute to Italy’s first king and the resting place of the Unknown Soldier.

Here, participants will have the chance to admire the architectural brilliance of Giuseppe Sacconi’s design, alongside masterpieces by some of the greatest Italian sculptors of the 19th and 20th centuries. The visit concludes with a stop at the Altare della Patria and a breathtaking ascent to the Panoramic Terrace, where the timeless skyline of Rome unfolds in all its glory.

This activity will be conducted in Italian.

Meeting point: Palazzo Venezia, via del Plebiscito, 118
