Artistic Techniques at Palazzo Venezia Museum: Exploring Colors and Materials

This tour guides participants through the museum's incredible variety of artistic techniques, like a journey through an animated encyclopedia of artistic practice. An immersion in material culture will introduce visitors to medieval wooden sculpture, tempera painting on panel, oil painting on canvas, fresco and pastel techniques. The tour then moves on to terracotta, bronze casting, and marble sculpture techniques in the Lapidarium.

This tour costs 5 euros. This fee is in addition to the cost of your VIVE entrance ticket.
Please remember that entrance is free for anyone up to 18 years old, and just 4 euros for those aged 18 to 25. To secure your spot on the tour, make sure to book and buy your ticket at least 2 days beforehand by clicking here.
