On Monday 28 October, in the context of the strong link between VIVE and the Ministry of Defence, the presentation of the volume Musam. Il Museo Storico dell'Aeronautica Militare, published by Edizioni Rivista Aeronautica and Giunti Editore.
The presentation, moderated by Vincenzo Grienti, was opened by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, Air Squadron General Luca Goretti and the Director of VIVE, Edith Gabrielli, and was attended by the Museum Director, Lieutenant Colonel Paolo De Vita, Air Brigadier General Urbano Floreani, Chief Inspector General Basilio Di Martino and Dr. Susanna Ognibene, authors of the volume.
The book is one of several publishing projects of Rivista Aeronautica and is the catalogue of the Air Force Historical Museum located in Vigna di Valle, reopened to the public last year on the occasion of the centenary of the Air Force.
The Museo Storico dell'Aeronautica Militare, which has been renovated with a new visitor route to make the most of its exhibits, represents a unique reality in the national museum context and offers valuable testimony to the role of the Air Force in Italian history.
