New guided tours for adults and children from 5 February to 27 March 2022

Due to the high demand, the VIVE program of activities is enriched with new appointments

Due to the high demand seen in the recent months, the rich program of activities of the new Institute the Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia (VIVE), directed by Edith Gabrielli, is enriched with new appointments and itineraries on weekends in February and March. VIVE proposes again the guided tours for families and kids, which were introduced recently, and further increases its program with three new visiting experiences: “Stories to touch for adults - Tactile tour at the Lapidarium of Palazzo Venezia”; “The rediscovered garden”; “VIVE in LIS”.

The numerous activities of the Institute are now also available for schools of all levels, which, for the school year 2021/2022, will be able to enjoy free animated visits, theatrical performances, animated tours in LIS - Italian Sign Language, tactile tours and PCTO activities - Pathways for transversal skills and orientation.

Furthermore, on the weekends in February and March, visitors of all ages will be able to take advantage of a varied program of tours in Italian and English, to discover curious facts about the Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia.

Given the high demand, the popular tours will be proposed again, such as: “One palace, one hundred stories. Facts and curiosities of Palazzo Venezia”; “Palazzo Venezia: art and architecture from the fifteenth to the twentieth century”; “The Vittoriano: symbols and meanings of the Italian national monument”; “One for all: the Unknown Soldier”; “The Vittoriano. Rome in between Classicism and Liberty, art and propaganda”; “The Central Museum of the Risorgimento”.
