Art and history at everyone's service
Animated visit for families in LIS (children 6-11 years old)
Saturday, April 18, 2026, 10:30 AM

A journey to discover the lives and achievements of key figures from the Risorgimento, the Kingdom of Italy, and the Republic, from Mazzini and Garibaldi to the Cuirassiers. An animated story will guide both adults and children through the Vittoriano, uncovering the colors, symbols, and fascinating details behind the uniforms of those who have defended, and continue to defend, our nation throughout history. This unique exploration of costume weaves together history and the ideals that remain relevant to reflect upon today. Using a dedicated educational kit, participants will have the opportunity to dress these famous historical figures by designing their own original uniforms.

LOCATION: entrance of the Vittoriano, Ara Coeli side
