Museum wonders for Father's Day

How does a collection come into being? What is a chamber of wonders? These and other questions are answered by VIVE through a special tour. It starts with an animated reading of the book “Monsters & Wonders. Cabinets of Curiosities Throughout Time by Delphine Jacquot and Alexandre Galand”, followed by a walk through the palace's main floor and concluding with a workshop. Porcelain, silverware, majolica, bronzes, an armory and even a Sea Monster allow visitors to discover that each collection mirrors the tastes of its collector but also an entire era, yesterday as well as today. Children and adults together realize an unprecedented project of a family collection in which to collect the "wonders" of Palazzo Venezia.

Our scheduled activities have a cost of € 5 per participant, in addition to the price of the entrance ticket referable to the category they belong to.
