Paolo Mieli began his career on the editorial staff of l'Espresso. In 1985, he joined la Repubblica, and in 1986 moved to La Stampa, where he became Editor-in-Chief in 1990. In 1992, he assumed the leadership of Corriere della Sera as Editor-in-Chief. In 1997, he was appointed Editorial Director of the Rizzoli Corriere della Sera Group. In 2004, he was appointed Editor-in-Chief of Corriere della Sera for a second term, serving until 2009, and served as Chairman of RCS Libri S.p.A. from 2009 to 2016. He is currently a columnist for Corriere della Sera. He holds a degree in History, completed under the supervision of Renzo De Felice and Rosario Romeo, and for over ten years led a seminar on the "History of Republican Italy" at the Faculty of Political, Economic, and Social Sciences at the University of Milan. Vittorio Occorsio began his professional career as an Attorney at the Rome Bar and junior associate at the international law firm "Gianni & Origoni" from 2011 to 2015. In academia, he first served as Assistant Professor of Private Law at Pegaso Online University (2015–2019), and subsequently as Associate Professor and then Full Professor of Private Law at Università Mercatorum (University of the Italian Chambers of Commerce) starting in November 2019, where he teaches Introduction to Private Law (Degree Course in Economics - LM 18). He is currently a practicing Civil Law Notary in Rome and name partner of Studio Notarile "Giuliani Occorsio" since 2016. He is also Co-Founder of "Fondazione Vittorio Occorsio ETS", a Third Sector entity established in 2020 to promote civic memory, a culture of legality, and in-depth analysis of institutional justice issues. He is the author of 5 monographs and over 40 scientific essays, and serves on several editorial scientific committees. He regularly contributes articles and commentary to Il Sole 24 Ore – Norme e tributi, Corriere della Sera, and Il Fatto Quotidiano.

Antonio Patuelli began his career as head of his family's agricultural estate in 1973 and as a freelance journalist, writing op-eds for daily newspapers such as il Resto del Carlino, La Nazione, and Il Giorno. Active in political institutions, he served as a member of the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL) from 1989 to 1992 upon designation by the President of the Italian Republic, as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies for two parliamentary terms, and as Undersecretary of State for Defence in the Ciampi Cabinet. In the corporate and banking sectors, he has held numerous historic appointments, including Director of Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna from 1979 to 1983, Chairman of Argentario Spa from its founding in 1996 until 2017, Vice Chairman of Si Holding Spa and Cartasì (now Nexi Payments Spa), as well as Vice President of the Association of Italian Savings Banks (ACRI). He currently serves as Chairman of Cassa di Risparmio di Ravenna (elected in 1995), Chairman of the Italian Banking Association (ABI, since January 31, 2013), Vice Chairman of Banca di Imola Spa (since 1997), and Vice Chairman of Banco di Lucca e del Tirreno Spa (since 2012). Furthermore, he holds the positions of Chairman of Sorit Spa (since 2009), Chairman of Sifin Srl (since 2017), Chairman of Finanziaria Internazionale Holding Spa (since 2018), President of the Italian National Commission for UNESCO (since November 2024), and President of the Luigi Einaudi Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (since December 2025). Appointed Knight of Labour in 2009, he is a member of the Accademia dei Georgofili and the National Academy of Agriculture, and has received numerous civic and academic awards and honors.

Giulio Torlonia served as Director for over thirty years starting in 1986 for various real estate entities, including Corsini Immobiliare Srl, Farnesina Immobiliare Srl, Lungara Immobiliare Srl, and Settimiana Immobiliare Srl (until December 2024), as well as C.P.F.G. Srl, Immobiliare Rombo Srl, and Immobiliare Nuova Urbe Srl (until December 2025). In banking, he served as Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca del Fucino until October 17, 2019. Since 2013, he has been a Founding Member of Fondazione Torlonia, established to promote and enhance the historical and artistic heritage of the family, most notably the Torlonia Collection and Villa Albani Torlonia, participating in defining the foundation's guidelines and activities. He currently serves as Director and Manager of Il Passaggio Srl and V.g.g.a. Srl, managing family assets and affiliated companies with direct responsibility focused on optimizing asset profitability, cost control, and medium- to long-term strategic planning.
