Week 23. Biological deposits, mosses and lichens

Biological deposits cover the entire surface of the central portion of the frieze: the result is a dark patina that forms especially in the more molded parts, which are more exposed to weathering.

Pads of moss and lichens can be seen at the cracks with stucco and patina, more resistant and darker, in the more exposed and shaded areas.
