How do you make a bronze sculpture? What are the ancient techniques for working with it? This special tour will answer these questions and many others, focusing on the transmission of artistic traditions and practices from the past. Starting with the bronze works in the Palazzo Venezia collections, participants will learn what lies behind the creation of an artwork and delve into the valuable heritage of knowledge and skills of master bronze workers. In the workshop, the different characteristics and processes for working with metals will be explained, and you'll get to try the repoussé technique.
