VIVE family tour

An animated family tour of Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia

VIVE Institute offers an entirely free educational proposal in English dedicated to families visiting the city as well as to all Romans who wish to practice their English while having fun discovering art, history and culture during the animated tours of Vittoriano and Palazzo Venezia.

The tour offers the possibility to discover the monumental locations of Greenaway's film, The Belly of an Architect, shot in the Vittoriano, and to walk around the spectacular halls of Palazzo Venezia, where Paolo Sorrentino shot various scenes of The Young Pope. Children and their families will discover a 500 years long history through a narrative that opens new and imaginative connections between cinema, art and architecture.

The animated tour engages children in short creative activities during the visit, which will end on top of the Vittoriano, admiring the spectacular view of the capital - from San Pietro to the Colosseo - from the panoramic terrace.
