Vittoriano: Rome in between Classicism and Liberty, Art and Propaganda

Sometimes it seems like the sculptures of the Vittoriano detach from the titanic walls of the building and stretch towards the sky. Each figure, despite its gigantic size, reveals the delicacy of the Art Nouveau style and perfectly matches with the classicism of this architectural masterpiece. This tour will be an opportunity to rediscover the Vittoriano differently, not only as a monument to the fatherland, but also as a remarkable work of art created by different artists, whose work reflects the taste of Rome and of the Belle Époque.

WHEN: 6,13,20 and February 27th; 6,13,20 and March 27th.

TIME: 10:00 am (in Italian), 11:00 am (in English), 12:00 pm (in Italian).

WHERE: The Vittoriano.

MEETING POINT: The ticket office of the Panoramic Terrace of the Vittoriano

Visits are included in the admission ticket and are subject to availability. 

Visitors are invited to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour
