In the heart of Rome, on the slopes of the Campidoglio, there is a Renaissance palace that looks like a fortress. Its crenellated walls enclose a 19th-century garden inhabited by parakeets, tall palms, magnolias and plants from the four corners of the world. Immersed in the greenery of the rediscovered garden of Palazzo Venezia and surrounded by the play of light that is composed among the flowers, trees and water of the splendid marble fountain, participants can observe the surrounding nature, record every variation of light and colour, and experience the practice of painting in the open air like impressionist artists.
