I'll tell you about the Vittoriano in Italian Sign Language

Art and History at the service of all
- Saturday 10 June, 11 a.m.

A symbol of a united and independent Italy, the Vittoriano soon became a pivotal place in the nation's collective imagination. As such the monument has inspired dozens of films and television programmes. The visit in Italian Sign Language, conducted by a specialised deaf educator, enables participants to retrace the history of the building, explore its spaces, admire its sculptures and verify the similarities and differences with the art and architecture of the past. As in a puzzle, participants graphically rework the iconic image of the monument, inspired by the gaze of artists and architects.
