Heroes of yesterday and today

A narrative journey to learn about the lives and heroic deeds of some of the protagonists of our nation's history: Garibaldi's adventures between the two worlds, Mazzini's journeys across Europe, the courageous deeds of the first female patriots. Strolling through the rooms of the Museo Centrale del Risorgimento, participants discover the stories hidden behind the portraits, uniforms and memorabilia of those who, over time, fought for a united Italy. In dedicated educational support, children reinvent their own figure of a modern-day hero by creating original uniforms through drawing and collage.

MEETING POINT: entrance to the Vittoriano, Ara Coeli side

The cost of the visit is €5, in addition to the cost of the VIVE entrance ticket.
Please note that up to the age of 18 the entrance ticket is free and between 18 and 25 it is only €4. 
To participate in the visit, you must book and purchase your ticket at least 2 days in advance by clicking here.
You must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the visit at the meeting point.
