How is a bronze sculpture made? What are the ancient working techniques? This special course, dedicated to transmitting the artistic traditions and practices of the past, will answer these and many other questions and curiosities. Starting with the bronze works in Palazzo Venezia collections, participants learn what lies behind the creation of a work of art and delve into the precious heritage of knowledge and skills of the bronze masters. In the workshop, the different characteristics and working methods of metals are illustrated, and the repoussé technique is experimented with.
