Shooting a movie or TV broadcast
The rooms and outdoor spaces at VIVE are the perfect setting for films and TV programmes.
World-famous directors, from Peter Greenway to Paolo Sorrentino, have filmed scenes from their masterpieces here.
How to submit a request
If you want to shoot a film or a television programme in our spaces, fill in and submit this form.
WARNING! Please note that you must write to us at least 75 days before the date you want to occupy the spaces.
If your request is compatible with the cultural purpose and with our schedule, we will send you the licence to use the spaces in which you will find indicated:
• the amount of the licence fee;
• the amount of the charges for the payment of ministerial staff on behalf of third parties.
At that point you will have to return the signed licence agreement together with:
• the receipt of the payment of the fee;
• the receipt of the payment of the charges for the payment of ministerial staff on behalf of third parties;
• a copy of the insurance policy;
• the receipt of the deposit which can also be set up by means of a bank or insurance surety
WARNING! Please note that the licence to use and the annexes must be sent to us at least 35 days before the date you wish to occupy the spaces!
At that point you will receive the signed licence to use.
